Technicum Le Locle / Technicum du Locle

Historical Horia Tool set from Technicum, Le Locle. Technicum was a world famous school of watchmaking and technical machining. I think they were the best (one of the) in the entire world. Now there is a new building and the old one disapear.... New school new name. Will they be as good as they were?
